Another contractor busted. This time, it’s Colt Miller, a Gonzales contractor. He offered to repair someone’s flooded house, and the person paid him almost $50,000 to do so. Miller did about a quarter of the work, then disappeared.
Like clockwork, Miller had every excuse in the book, even blaming the victim for it. However, not only did the law disagree with this, but Miller is now behind bars for not having a license.
